3. Local Storage

Game-Dex is an online service provider as defined in the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). We provide an automated directory of third-party HTML5 games sourced via public distribution APIs. We do not manually upload, alter, or host the game files on our own servers.
2. Takedown Requests
If you are a copyright owner or an agent thereof and believe that any content hosted via our portal infringes upon your copyrights, you may submit a notification pursuant to the DMCA by providing our Copyright Agent with the following information in writing:
